Special expertise in domestic and international transactions in the automotive (plastics and metal processing), business services, electrical engineering, energy & utilities, mechanical and plant engineering sectors.

Thereof 14 years with InterFinanz GmbH, the last 3 years as Managing Director and Member of Board of Owners of Global M&A Partners. Special knowledge in domestic and international transactions in the areas of software, IT services, business services, healthcare, mechanical and plant engineering.
